The pheromones are the way they communicate as they cannot communicate through oral or written word. The communication starts when the particular species it at its very best to procreate and ends when the species is not in a position to attract the opposite sex. Apart from the natural desire to find a mating partner, the pheromones also serve the purpose of communicating fight or flight signal.

I made the decision to log 10,000 steps each day. I was tired of wearing tight clothes and putting on weight. In my haste to get somewhere, I would sprint up a flight of stairs, which would leave me out of breath. It was humiliating. People would enquire about my wellbeing. My pulse rate would jump to 139 with only a quick dash up a flight of stairs.

I’m Glad My Mom Died: A Book Review of Jennette McCurdy’s Masterpiece
It’s been just over a month since Jennette McCurdy’s book ‘I’m Glad My Mom Died’ was released, and I don’t think it’s been talked about enough. I honestly think that there are a few reasons for this, not the least of which is that this book is hard to read. The book contains references to mental illness, psychological and sexual abuse, and is genuinely uncomfortable in its bluntness at times. But it is also a genuinely unforgettable read.
