SURVIVOR SUPPORT
As a peaceful human rights advocate, and a sexual assault survivor based in Oakville Ontario Canada, it is integral that all remain cautious about terminology which can be utilized to dismantle, cause further psychological, emotional, mental, or reputational harm to survivors who seek peaceful reform, independent counsel, justice, and support from their communities, leaders, and advisors. Calling a rape survivor “vexatious” is highly inappropriate and, in many contexts, constitutes re-victimization, especially when used by a person in a position of authority. Professional conduct must always be examined when a survivor is faced with mechanisms such as silencing, threats, direct or indirect intimidation by those within positions of power, or increased mechanisms which seek to ensure that a survivor is faced with further blockages, barriers, or stumbling blocks while seeking peaceful resolutions. When those within positions of authority seek to distort facts, alter, cause, or constructively create or harness ill-will or act in bad faith, towards a vulnerable survivor, in a manner, such or not limited to, acts of undue influence, coercion, or manipulation, to suit their case or an agenda, the push further re-victimizes a victim due to the unethical nature of the said act, of seeking further reforms, which may limit future survivor’s rights. To reside within a free democratic society ensures that all constituents are treated with equality, ethicality, fairness, and impartiality. In the era of responsible ethical governance, all must act with the intention of causing no harm. Misuse of the terminology of “vexatious” can cause a survivor to endure further trauma. Survivors often report being disbelieved, blamed, or have experienced, rude and dismissive behaviour from those within authority, which is considered a form of re-victimization. Within the professional conduct code, it is wise to consult a lawyer, higher forms of organizations, or contact representatives that are lawfully elected, that are responsible for remaining impartial, accountable, or free from influence from those in authority, to ensure that forms of bias, hatred, or prejudice are not present. Authorities or those within positions of elected power, are generally advised to treat those who disclose sexual violence with compassion and respect, recognizing them as the decision-makers regarding their own, often traumatic, experiences. Within the legal context, while “vexatious litigant” is a legal term used in court to describe someone who brings frivolous complaints or lawsuits, calling a sexual assault survivor “vexatious” is seen as a way to dismiss their claim. In many cases, it is important to remember that most sexual assaults remain “unresolved” by the legal system, and not all reports can be considered “alleged” in a way that suggests they are false. If you or someone you know has been treated this way, it is recommended to contact sexual assault support services or, in some cases, explore independent legal advice to understand your rights. As a sexual assault survivor, it is my stance that transparency, ethical responsibility, and hatred due to bias or prejudice remain out of the fold of independent private confidential cases. Utilizing public platforms, publicly funded meetings, or mechanisms used to manipulate organizations which care for survivors, is an attempt to misuse authority to undermine a sexual assault survivor. Within legal terms, it is a serious breach of ethical conduct to cause psychological, mental, or emotional harm to a survivor by denying assistance at the onset of their case, and may constitute harassment, intimidation, or abuse of power. If the behaviour causes a survivor to fear for their safety, it may violate criminal harassment laws under the Criminal Code. A complaint can be filed directly with local police or through third-party reporting. It is vital that all survivors are treated with ethical and moral respect as silence is never an appropriate answer in the case of ethical responsible leadership. As an Empowerment Coach, I encourage all survivors to speak with family members, friends, and trusted authorities to ensure that influence does not erode justice. Sharing a personal experience of trauma or abuse is not considered hate speech in legal or ethical frameworks, as it involves speaking about one’s own lived experience rather than attacking a group based on protected characteristics. Sharing stories has always been recognized as a vital democratic process, and contributes a vital part to the healing process, allowing survivors to break the fear of silence, combat internalized shame, while holding perpetrators accountable for their unlawful actions. By focusing on personal experiences of abuse, brings about awareness to different forms of harm such as physical, emotional, sexual, and mental struggles. Empowerment assists a survivors testimony. When a survivor encounters communication which illustrates detests or bias on their case due to their religion, sexual orientation, or bias is a form of hate. Although it is not a survivor’s job to protect others from their trauma, expressing one’s truth of what happened is not inherently hateful, even if it causes discomfort or negative feelings. A survivor questioning those within authority for answers in such cases as denial of help or assistance at the onset is an ethical form of seeking responsibility and peaceful resolutions. Sharing a traumatic experience is generally regarded as protected speech and a form of self-advocacy and healing which enables a survivor to exit a state of fear and powerlessness into a state of self-autonomy and self-empowerment. Justice without bias is integral in the process of countering outdated negative stereotypes surrounding victim shaming or ingrained false paradigms or negative beliefs. Countering bias against rape survivors requires a multi-faceted approach that shifts the focus from the victim’s actions to the perpetrator’s behaviour, challenges deep-seated rape myths, and conditioned adopted trauma-informed responses. Key strategies include believing survivors, educating on the reality of trauma responses, and holding perpetrators accountable. Victim-blaming suggests that a survivor is partially or fully responsible for their assault due to their behaviour, clothing, or choices. By challenging assumptions the focus then shifts onto the perpetrator which challenges the narrative of “Why didn’t they leave?” to “Why did the perpetrator choose to engage in unlawful acts?”. Trauma can severely affect memory, causing survivors to have non-linear or incomplete narratives, which are often wrongly interpreted as dishonesty. Rape culture is maintained by normalizing, trivializing, and excusing sexual violence through language and actions. It is important that fear, intimidation, unethical behaviour, indifference, and apathy are addressed, to ensure that peaceful diplomatic measures can foster peaceful resolutions. As a survivor, I support and endorse that law enforcement and legal professionals should receive training on trauma-informed interviewing and the reality of sexual assault myths. By being an active bystander enables all to intervene when witnessing disrespectful behaviour or early signs of harassment against a survivor. By fostering safe environments, all can listen without judgement and create a safe space for survivors to disclose their experience, as false reports are extremely rare. By understanding the impact of trauma on a survivor, communities then become unified to help those in need. Trauma survivors often experience profound, long-lasting impacts across mental, physical, and social domains, including intense fear, anxiety, hypervigilance, and depression. It disrupts daily functioning and relationships through triggers, memory issues, and behavioural changes. Recovery is possible through trauma-informed empathetic care, therapy, and self-care techniques like yoga, mindfulness, and breathing exercises. As a survivor, I stand by those who have experienced these forms of trauma, as it is part of my lived experience. Beyond the attack, our perpetrators cannot eclipse or reduce our rights to fairness, access to help, and ethical responsible justice for all. Empowerment through action ensures that no survivor is left behind in the wake of destruction. Engaging in peaceful advocacy allows survivors to transform their traumatic experiences into action, fostering resilience, while empowering others in similar circumstances. Often, survivors work without pay or formal recognition, driven by solidarity to help others navigate the same challenges they faced, which differs from traditional, paid lobbying efforts. Survivors frequently become powerful advocates who influence policy as part of their healing and helping process. With compassionate empathetic care and respect, societies become catalysts of change which confront the core roots of indifference, apathy, silence, and ignorance to ensure reconciliation is achieved in a lawful proactive peaceful manner. Silence forces survivors to internalize blame, making them feel responsible for the abuse rather than recognizing the perpetrator’s fault, as it directly correlates with increased rates of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and a sense of hopelessness. Being ignored or told to “be quiet” causes survivors to doubt themselves, feel devalued, and wonder if their pain is valid as it increases isolation. Silence prevents abusers from facing consequences, allowing them to continue their harmful actions, sometimes creating a cycle of intergenerational abuse. When survivors fear they will not be believed, they are less likely to report abuse, seek medical attention, or access legal support. Survivors may begin to feel that their pain is inconvenient and that their existence is less valuable, leading them to hide their struggles even from themselves. By addressing the core roots of injustice, through the power of unity, respect, and responsibility, communities on a local, national, and international level can confront the impact of psychological and emotional trauma on a survivor by others. Silencing a survivor, whether through direct coercion, societal pressure, or well-meaning individuals advising them to keep secrets, causes severe, long-lasting damage. It acts as a form of secondary victimization, where the initial trauma is compounded by the pain of not being believed or heard. Survivors of violence are legally and conceptually entitled to protection by authorities, even when systems fail to provide adequate help, because these protections are considered fundamental rights rather than voluntary services. When authorities fail to assist, it leads to impunity for perpetrators, spreads violence, and prevents survivors from accessing safety, recognition, or redress. Victims have the right to safety, privacy, and protection from intimidation or retaliation during investigation and prosecution. In Canada, for instance, the Canadian Victims Bill of Rights (CVBR) mandates that victims’ safety be considered at all stages. Within the realm of sexual assault, there is a legal and human rights obligations to prevent impunity and obstruction of justice. When systems do not help, it signals to perpetrators that there will be no consequences, which perpetuates further abuse and harms the rule of law. Systemic advocacy and reform ensures that no survivor has to endure the weight of sexual assault alone. The continued existence of protection laws allows survivors and advocates to fight for accountability and reform. The goal of protection is to shift toward a system that respects the survivor’s dignity and choices, rather than blaming them, which is a necessary step towards a truly responsive system. Often, authorities do not help due to gaps in implementation, lack of training, or systemic biases, even when legal frameworks exist on paper. The system is criticized for being re-traumatizing rather than supportive. Survivors deserve better than the current reality, which is why advocacy is ongoing for more robust and enforceable rights. If you are in immediate danger or need support, you can look for specialized community-based services, which often provide better tailored support than formal justice systems. With love, integrity, respect, and deference to all cases, recovery requires unconditional love and peaceful resolutions to ensure that no one is left behind.

CONSCIOUS EXPANSION
Unity Consciousness is the sacred realization of our interconnectedness with all sentient life, which serves as the catalyst for the sacred process of spiritual evolution.Meditation is a sacred inner experience which enables inner sovereignty, healing, and spiritual alignment. The soul reaches ascension by achieving a state of harmony and internal alignment where meditation, love, and congruence intersect. The soul is multifaceted, multidimensional, and within the peaceful restorative state of innerbloom can achieve mindfulness through grounding, intentional release, maintain presence over chaos, manifest by setting intentions and achieve restorative stillness. Within my teachings I express, demonstrate, and illustrate how meditative journeys are essential for accessing deep internal answers, where the soul achieves profound alignment from what no longer serves an individual’s highest good. Meditation actively aligns the soul, mind, and body to release attachments to the past, traumatic events, and negative influences. Within the introspective cathartic process of metamorphic transformation the soul seeks answers within. Meditation enables the conscious self to listen to sacred intuition rather than looking for external validation. Within the process of mindfulness and grounding the soul observes thoughts and emotional patterns without being consumed by them, and within this practice the sacred mind develops resilience, adaptability, and empathetic compassion in relation to the external world which experiences constant flux, divergent paths, uncertainty, and disharmony. The soul must restore harmony and synchronization within through the process of symbiosis. Restoring the soul within stillness, fosters, enables, permits, and allows for a sacred pause within the state of sacred neutrality which redirects energy from destructive impulses towards constructive reflection. Meditation serves as a gateway to silence, where the soul then experiences love as a transmutative force. Within the state of love congruence is achieved through alignment, which enhances the state of Unity Consciousness which enables restorative peace. Meditation and silence are the foundation of our sacred inner being, and within this multidimensional practice, allows individuals to observe ego-driven impulses and identify the internal noise that blocks spiritual growth. The soul flows through the state of release. Love is the most powerful force in the world, capable of healing profound fragmentation and misalignment within the soul, while gently encouraging its heartfelt embrace, which enables and leads the soul to greater awakenings, insights, peaceful modes of stability, and higher dimensional states of awareness. We grow through the power of nurturance and peace. The soul grows through love, and returns to its natural state, which is that of peace, through its empathetic care. Unconditional self-love is the prerequisite for universal love, which purifies the soul and balances the physical and spiritual realms. Within the state of Unity Consciousness the soul must achieve congruence through alignment. Ascension requires a total alignment of thoughts, intentions, and actions, and when these three principles are congruent, individuals shape their reality from a place of integrity and divine purpose rather than a state of reactive force which seeks to consistently respond to external chaos. Unity consciousness, is a transcendent state where the soul recognizes its interconnectedness with all life. In this state, the soul achieves self-mastery by aligning with the frequency of restorative peace. Inner peace affords healing and encourages the sacred process of connection through alignment and purpose which reconnects the soul with its divine sacred unions. Divine sacred unions serve as inspirational partnerships that foster unity, intimacy, and trust. Such unions allow individuals to anchor their light as a beacon of unconditional love, helping both partners grow and align with their spiritual expansion. Unity consciousness allows a soul to see past the veils of separation and division. By aligning thoughts, emotions, and actions with one’s true moral purpose, an individual can live fully in the present and embody their authentic self. Internal peace serves as a precious gift from the Universe. Unity consciousness facilitates a transcendent experience that awakens the heart and mind to recognize that global peace can only be achieved through individual internal healing. The sacred process of connection enables the soul to bridge the physical with the metaphysical. Rather than remaining within the state of detachment which emerges due to the state of fear, loss, powerlessness, and destruction, the state of internal connection, inspires a process of connection and self-actualization. It encourages quiet appreciation, gratitude, and presence, while allowing the soul to simply exist in harmony within the universal fabric of existence. As a practitioner of spiritual expansion within the form of sacred alignment and meditative practices, I encourage my clients to listen intuitively rather than remain within the state of reaction or chaos. The healing of personal trauma, and the attainment of a divine sacred union, serves as a catalysts, for the soul to achieve and reach the interconnected stages of their soul’s evolutionary growth. True external union can only manifest after a significant internal transformation. Healing personal trauma enables ascension. Trauma recovery is not a one-time event but an incremental process which within the multidimensional state enables the soul to reclaim the self, view the sacred act of forgiveness as a teacher while encouraging spiritual mirroring, which enables the soul to define its core purpose. Catastrophic events can destroy one’s foundational sense of self however, within the state of recovery, the soul acknowledges that the sacred act of meditation enables the soul to regaining control, safety, alignment, stability, and trust over their internal landscapes. The soul’s embedded sacred scars or core soul wounds must not be viewed as flaws or imperfection, but as intricate components which enables light to enter, so the authentic self can rise. Within the state of emancipated release and forgiveness, one then learns that overcoming internal pain requires conscious-level decisions to forgive, which prevents past injustices from controlling one’s present emotional existence or state. Healing involves observing emotional patterns while integrating the mind’s analytical abilities with the heart’s intuitive wisdom to transcend the ego. A divine sacred union is a high-vibrational soul connection that mirrors one’s true divine self. Union within the self and others serves to heal fragmentation which leads to greater awakenings and internal transformations. These partnerships foster unity, trust, and intimacy, acting as a beacon of unconditional love for the collective. The soul learns through the act of love and within the sacred practice of meditation that one must move beyond self-imposed or restrictive boundaries. The love of self and the love acquired from divine sacred unions demonstrate that love is transcendent and enables the soul to experience within these destined spiritual encounters that the soul is limitless and rises within the state of peace where space and time cannot separate the two souls as they grow in tandem. Being in a divine union helps individuals stay centred in their power while aligning the souls with their divine true moral purposes. meditation is the bridge that allows the soul to honour its metaphysical roots while reclaiming its divine inner sovereignty. The sacred act of meditation fosters self-mastery, enables access to ancient sacred wisdoms which enlightens the soul, and enables the silence and sacred pause necessary for the soul to reclaim its power within. Meditation provides the pause needed to detach from external chaos and the noise of others’ expectations, allowing the soul to re-establish itself within the state of inner peace, sovereign expression, and unconditional love. Within the peaceful state of introspection the soul connects the physical self to its sacred core roots, enabling one to draw strength from a source that is eternal and metaphysical rather than just remaining within the physical forms of the material. Fostering self-mastery enables conscious expansion. By acknowledging your inner sovereignty, the soul then stops being a victim of circumstance and starts becoming a conscious creator that aligns with divine purpose and integrity over the state of force. Within the state of sovereign stillness the soul then is provided with an inter-dimensional lens to face the world with empathetic compassion without losing one’s own sacred frequency. To protect one’s energy after achieving inner sovereignty, one must see the practice of maintaining a high-vibrational state through intentional boundaries and discernment. The the process of grounding, alignment, and retreating into the silence to attain stillness, whenever external chaos threatens one’s peace, acts as a protective shield, which affords and allows the soul to reclaim its life, by prioritizing one’s internal frequency over the external demands of misalignment, destruction, and chaos. Preserving one’s inner peace and evoking the power of saying “no” to people or situations that do not align with your true moral purpose is an act of self-love.Maintaining sovereignty requires one to stop seeking external validation while placing trust in one’s own intuitive guidance. Observing without absorbing is a sacred practice where empathetic compassion then acknowledge the pain of others without letting it penetrate their own energy field. Remaining a calm observer of emotional patterns rather than a participant in them enables one to evoke sacred neutrality while remaining impartial and observant as one seeks to ground within the state of integrity and respect for the self, to achieve restorative stillness within the state of chaos. Protection comes from congruence, as when one’s thoughts, intentions, and actions are aligned, their energy field becomes more resilient to outside interference, as they remain firmly rooted in their divine sacred union with the self. Regularly returning to a meditative state enables and allows the soul to release any negative energy it may have inadvertently picked up, ensuring your sacred core roots remain nourished and pure. Below I outline this sacred process from a spiritual peaceful perspective. The soul must honour its sacred roots, to attain restorative peace within stillness. The sacred conscious self must remain adaptive, resilient, and versatile through the act of sacred pauses, fluidity, mutability, and flexibility, to counter the force of control.

INNER LIGHT
May you always live a life of peace. Your internal peace is the most precious gift, that has ever been given by the Universe. The soul must simply exist within moments of quiet appreciation, gratitude, and presence. Harmony is not just a state of being, but is the result of positive conscious active choices. Engaging in altruistic acts, promoting inclusion, and acting with kindness and empathy enables all to unite as one. Within the state of unity consciousness, ascension, healing, and inner peace, the transcendent experience awakens the heart, mind, and soul to recognize the interconnectedness of all sentient life. Universal unity is a powerful integrated process that allows for collective healing, beyond the self. Global peace can only be achieved through individual internal healing. By addressing personal traumas while practicing cohesive mindfulness, all souls can develop a mindset guided by empathetic compassion and unconditional love, which then ripples outward to create a more harmonious world.

KINTSUGI
A survivor’s strength and resilience is highlighted by their conscious choice to maintain grace, politeness, and dignity, even after gaining intimate knowledge of abuse, betrayal, or the darker side of human nature. A woman can survive significant hardships, cruelty, depravity, callous intent, and stripping away at her core innocence, due to physical, emotional, and psychological trauma caused by others. A woman’s courtesy is not a sign of naivety or weakness, but a conscious, refined choice of reclaiming her power, beyond the forms of destruction, that many remain indifferent to. With courage, the soul enters into a reformative state of upholding standards, rather than descending into bitterness or reacting with the same brutality one was subjected to.

SACRED CORE ROOTS
Love demonstrates endless compassion despite imperfections, flaws, or mistakes. Love does not disappear, it expands at an exponential rate, as it demonstrates compassionate perseverance, consistency, strength, courage, and clarity beyond the illusionary, obscure, or misaligned notions of control or fear. It requires great courage to begin again despite the coldness within one’s heart. Love can restore the soul to a state of peace, beyond the endurance of ruthless destruction inflicted upon it. Silence reveals the truth within time of one’s limitations, by uncovering or revealing one’s repetitive nature, conditioned adopted programs, or reinforced notions, beliefs, or stories, which are transfixed or etched within the mind, as familiar pain appears and feels safer than progressive change. Truth, hidden motives, and betrayal, causes systematic irreversible internal pain. The soul retains the feeling or weight of the situation. Wounds can be endured and heal within the context of time, but the damage felt by the spoken word or the physical act of a stroke of a pen, echoes beyond space and time. Discipline and focus enables self-mastery and awakening. One must seek relationships that are not savage in nature. Pillaging, using, or depriving another’s soul for gain, demonstrates a relentless need to inflict pain onto others in a destructive manner. Pain projected is often unconscious, subconscious, or conscious pain felt or sustained within. Comparison is the thief of joy, remaining cruel, miserable, jealous, or arrogant deprives the soul of true nurturance and the attainment of greater peace. To embody restorative peace, one must seek to live gently, quietly, humbly, and operate with virtue and ethical discernment, with morality and justice in mind. Love is a dichotomous balance and a juxtaposition of beauty and pain, as it enables the soul to feel every spectrum of emotion within every crevice, facet, and corner of one’s being, as true compassionate empathetic love does not disappear it transcends, heals, and matures within time.

A MESSAGE FOR SURVIVORS
As a human rights advocate for global peace, and a survivor of sexual assault, I stand with all those that have endured systematic traumatic irreversible abuse by another. Advocacy must take place on a global scale to ensure fairness, unity, compassionate empathetic care and assistance to those in need at every level within the realms of society to ensure good governance and the right to protect. The nature of abuse is asynchronous, does not abide by a linear nature, and operates within the conscious abnormal nature of hate projected against another. Sexual assault, domestic abuse, and the cyclical nature of abandonment or silence leads to an erosion of justice, ethicality, and morality within society. As a survivor, it is my greatest hope that my work brings to light the nature of abuse and progressive peaceful restorative resolutions which can restore peace, dialogue, diplomacy, and reformative compassionate empathetic care.

THE NATURE OF ABUSE. Content Warning.
The nature of abuse is fundamentally defined by an imbalance of power and control, where one seeks dominance to achieve obedience within the powerless state of another. The path to restorative peace, emancipation, and freedom must reside within the state of truth. To become a catalyst of change one must force the mask to drop for transparency and accountability to emerge. The façade or persona others may project to the world, often conceals their core real true-self. True character is often revealed within moments of critical crisis, where someone who has experienced grave injustice, torture, ridicule, resistance to help, or silencing is forced to walk without assistance. Within moments of despair one enters into the ascended state of revelation, awakening, and enlightenment of the true self. One must acutely address and recognize where policy, legislation, legal frameworks, leadership, or lack of compassionate care or empathy may not be apparent. What resides or lies beneath, will always emerge to the surface within time, especially when another’s superficial mask drops. What is often revealed is the performative façade is no longer evident. Within the critical moments of relationships, genuine intent is demonstrated by compassion, understanding, support, and a willingness to set aside personal selfish interests for the common good of all. Unfortunately, within the realms of cruelty or manipulative intent, there can be a stark contrast to the reality initially being presented prior by the abuser, as the charm inevitably fades. Survivors of abuse can identify a change in character when loss of control is evident. Within the moments of absence, indifference, apathy, or silence, abusers are often challenged in the sense, that they must confront what they have inevitably become. Abusers are often publicly caught in a lie that they cannot explain away. A turning point emerges for a victim of abuse, when there is a shocking devastating realization that the person they confided in, was engaging in a performance act. This knowledge can be a catalyst for a victim to begin their healing journey and leave an abusive relationship, as it provides certainty, that their instincts and moral judgement were correct all along.

ENLIGHTENMENT
"The inherent truth is that we need to accept who we are without compromise, bring forth our genuine nature, pay no mind to what others construct about ourselves, and most importantly live our true authentic purpose with ease and grace. You cannot be someone else, you cannot mimic others achievements, you must be true to you. No amount of smoothing out the fondant can conceal the cracks within the interior foundation. Loss of self represents cracks in your foundation. You cannot live life living another’s process, path, dream, or vision, as you have to stay true to your lived reality, meaning your internal construct. Unconditional love and unconditional acceptance cannot occur when we cannot accept ourselves truly. Embrace who you truly are without dramatics, creating veneers, façades, or shielding. Give yourself the permission to be vulnerable and open to all experiences that life has to offer, as that is the essence of life. You are either trapped in a bell jar, reflecting within the looking glass, placing a magnifying glass on your intricate delicate or fragile core wounds, or are embracing your spectrum of kaleidoscopic colours by living your divine truth." - Elisabeth Babarci (Celestial Light)

THE NATURE OF ABANDONMENT
On the first week of December, I attended a conference where I sat on an academic panel with leading medical experts, and leaders within the empowerment realm, who extensively study, research, and examine the complex abnormal nature of abandonment. Within my lecture, I candidly spoke about the role that acute exposure to abandonment manifests on a survivor, from my personal unfiltered lived truth, perspective, and lived experience. I would like to share my direct lived experience to help heal the soul’s of others who have experienced the pain of loss, deprivation, negligence, and powerlessness. I can only represent the view of having lost both biological parents, not through death, but through their conscious will of abandoning me collectively, at the age of six months. My status as an orphan resulted from abandonment, which became a defining moment that shaped my understanding of trauma, loss, and the recovery process. Within my work, I advocate for personal empowerment and emancipation from destruction, by moving beyond narrative truths imposed by others. One must define their life on their own terms rather than remaining subjected to injustice, intolerance, or the act of dismantling one’s core foundational truths or identity. Within the state of abandonment one must rise beyond the state of permanent victimhood, and transformatively view it as a catalyst for one’s spiritual mission, growth, and purpose. Deprivation is a destructive act, however, it ultimately provides one with the profound understanding of the recovery process. One is not defined by their circumstances or past traumatic events. I often advocate for emancipation from others’ narratives, which astutely and fundamentally instructs and teaches all that one’s worth and value are not diminished by the act of alienation, isolation, abandonment, or severe forms of neglectful punishment. My divine purpose results from my direct experience with abandonment, as I help others rebuild after devastating life events. The internal pain one encounters, confronts, or introspectively examines within, is an instrumental teacher that fosters continued introspective wisdom, perseverance, resilience, and strength. Despite the act of becoming an orphan, I would like to express my deepest gratitude for being raised by my paternal Aunt and Grandmother, who provided me empathetic compassionate unconditional love and stability that I internally needed to overcome my traumatic start. My philosophical approach is based on proactive resilience, as one must consciously choose a better path rather than stagnating in loss, despair, and grief. If one lacks stability, they have the power to create it for themselves, as we become what we lack. Within my practice, I advocate for peace, empowerment, and personal emancipation which is rooted in the belief that individuals must transcend the narratives or confines of their past and external perceptions to reclaim their inner power, peace, and sovereignty. The negative narrative truths or conceptions imposed by another or others, are merely internal dialogues of those individuals, and do not reflect one’s actual worth or value. One is not born from sin, and within life, is deserving of unconditional love, support, and compassionate care. The core principles of my emancipation philosophy honours the role and the act of transcending the past. Survivors must not give power to the historical lessons of abandonment, injustice, or betrayal. Instead, once an individual ignites inner hope and ambition, they become unstoppable and unconstrained by their past narratives. One must define their internal truth and not allow another to define their existence. An individual’s worth is not diminished by the acts of others, or by catastrophic events that might destroy one’s foundational sense of self. Personal truth is something that must be awakened from within, rather than sought through external confirmation. Emancipation, liberty, and freedom are achieved through the act of release. Salvation is achieved and derived from forgiveness. By letting go of what can no longer be controlled, one can then acutely achieve a state of autonomous sovereignty and internal peace. I am not ashamed of my past, as its act of turbulence and turmoil enabled my soul to restore its fragments within time. Through the process of destruction, one is reawakened to their purpose. One must move beyond the ingrained misguided direction from society, such as the ideological construct that a fragmented soul is broken beyond repair, and cease to subscribe to the narrative or belief, that one will forever remain within a state of sacrifice, powerlessness, loss, or constant fear. One must view their scars as opportunities for growth, expansion, and light. As one honours their light within, they achieve self-mastery over the force of reaction. My methodology involves shifting from a reactive state which is primarily driven by the ego and past programs to a conscious ascended state of choice, where individuals take full accountability and responsibility for their own emotional existence. Abandonment, while initially destructive to one’s foundational sense of self, acts as a catalyst which enables one to achieve profound internal peace and self-respect through the pursuit of autonomous sovereignty and emancipation. One must achieve peace through transformative transcendence. Abandonment forces one to understand the nature of negligence, deprivation, by examining the force of control and destruction. One has to question, what does freedom mean to them? How does respect unfold within the state of freedom? One cannot truly comprehend peace without first understanding the terrors of great destruction and devastation. Abandonment provides this stark contrast, allowing an individual to eventually recognize peace as their natural state once they choose to disconnect from destruction. Forgiveness is a source of liberation. Internal peace is attained through forgiveness, which is a conscious level decision to stop giving power to the lessons of abandonment. This forgiveness affords the survivor liberation and autonomous sovereignty. One must understand the nature of release and control. Letting go of the need to control the past or disabling the need to absorb others’ perceptions enables the restoration of peace within. By dropping negative emotions and lifting the cataracts off of the mind, individuals then allow life to unfold naturally, which restores their inner balance and peace. Reclaiming self-respect and freedom enables a survivor to experience and attain peace and sovereign will through the establishment of boundaries, rising from their embedded scars, recognition of their self-worth, and emancipation from the narratives which confined their existence. Projections are not ultimate truths, therefore, one must restore their sense of self beyond the actions of another. Recognition of worth is achieved through self-love, self-acceptance, and self-respect. Self-respect grows from the realization that one’s life is inherently valuable and worthy despite the experience of being left behind. This inner work creates a foundation for self-love that is not contingent on external validation. Emancipation from narratives eclipses the power of conditioning programs, repetitive approaches, internal perceptions, presumptions, and projections of misconceptions, falsifications, or illusions. Freedom is achieved by moving beyond the narrative of the past and identifies the influence from external sources such as the negative dialogues of others. Survivors must separate from those who hinder their recovery to maintain their empowered state of happiness. One must seek to preserve and protect their inner peace. Establishing boundaries is the ultimate form of self-respect. Self-respect is reinforced by evoking discernment and boundaries, defining exactly what one will no longer partake in, while remaining in their true power of the present. Rising from one’s embedded scars enables recovery, expansiveness, and enlightenment. Rather than seeing abandonment as a flaw, one must view their scars as tiger stripes. Our soul core wounds, sacred core roots, and embedded scars, all provide an opportunity to allow light to enter within and grants the opportunity for the true authentic self to rise again. With forgiveness and compassion, I have reached a place of peace regarding my biological parents. It is my greatest hope that their lives are filled with love and joy, as their only mission was to bring me into this world, and their conscious decision to leave, was part of their own path and trajectory. Although my story is one of many, as abandonment, deprivation, neglect, and abuse are universal, my soul needs to bring awareness to these internal truths, as abandonment has become one of the leading epidemics of our time which instills mistrust, a sense of powerlessness, and internal fear within its victims.

ENIGMA
Ascension is the celebration of the light, which is a transformative act of salvation through the power of forgiveness, and a willful demonstration of unwavering unconditional strength of love, based on the foundation of trust, of the conscious self. The soul is enigmatic, as it represents the amalgamation of all of its interconnected reincarnated parts. Within the state of restorative peace, one cathartically and metamorphically centers their focus on rebirth, renewal, and rehabilitation. One must honour their sacred essence, through inner reflection, introspection, and observance within. Within the state of soulful introspection and contemplation, one then connects with the universal rhythm of synergy, through universal guidance, direction, and nurturance. The Universe illustrates to the soul the synchronistic natural cycles of ebb and flow through the seasons, to enable new hopeful beginnings, and expansive transformations through the form of release. Through the power of quiet strength, the soul reveals its inner autonomous emancipated sovereign power, while demonstrating, the ability to achieve cathartic peace, endurance, and perseverance to obtain evolutionary adaptation. As the conscious state nurtures and recognizes its imperfections, while honouring its core soul wounds and ancient roots, the soul then enters into a state of examination of its fragments, to unveil core truths which emancipate the soul from repetitive patterns of internal beliefs.
