Why Didn't Anyone Tell Us. Top Story - March 2026.
Men, move along. This is not for you. This is for the women. I was forty-five when I began menopause. It is pretty young for that to be going on in a woman’s life, but I had undiagnosed PCOS, my entire life. Thank you to all the gynecologists I had seen my entire life. That in itself should encourage women to keep seeking second opinions, especially when you are not getting correct answers or any at all.

Nothing Matters More
I love the hypocrisy of the progressive woman today. They taut liberation and freedom to be whatever we want to be, after all, we fought for those rights and privileges, but then, they crucify any of us who then choose to stay home, to be wives and mothers. Why are my choices less important or rejected as ridiculous? Why are we made to look like we are simply ignorant or uneducated, because we made a life decision, that they don’t agree with? I sometimes wonder about this.

Doing the Wash
Congress. An entity of our government that is supposed to be working for us, is just a money laundering criminal endeavor. If you aren't paying attention to what our government does, then you are part of the problem.Money laundering is a crime, and we are funding it.

A New Song
A New Song I woke up the other day and heard this new song. It seemed a bit familiar, but I could not place it. I don’t know where it was coming from either. So I smiled and listened to it. It was one of the most beautiful songs, I have heard in a long time.

Unplug
I am one of those people that unplugs items around the house when I go on a trip. I do it because I want to protect and keep the things I find valuable, from anything happening to them, in the even of a power surge or some other king of natural event that would cause a power outage, or surge. My computer is number one on my list. I use it for my writing and I can’t afford to lose my work. Preservation of high value items is wise, I believe. I’m probable not the only one who does this. So if we protect our “things” like this, why aren’t we protecting our most valuable thing in life, our mental health?

Thieves Among Us
I go to the mailbox to get the mail every day. I usually like getting mail. I often have cool things coming and it’s like a mini Christmas. I like mail. Shoot me. I don’t really know why, I just do. I think I like collecting something that I don’t expect and opening it up to find some nice magazine, a card, or some small thing I have ordered. Yes, I know something I order is coming, but it’s still nice when you get it.

You Ate What?
What did you say? You ate what? We have been consumed with modern technology. Every week it seems there is some new innovation to consider. Never has it been more imperative to take a step back and revisit what we are dealing with, because everything has a consequence, good or bad.

Alone in the Jungle
The canopy is so dense that it suffocates all light. I am slashing through the dense boscage to get to the light, but I don’t know which way to go, or if I will ever get out of the forest. This jungle feels often filled with peril, and lonely. I came to this tangle of vines, underbrush, and unknown unfamiliar territory, with a dream, a goal, a determination. I planned and still plan to reach the end of the primeval and reach the inner sanctum of a place that is not easily traversed. I am a writer, and I want to write as a career.

A Day Off
I haven’t had a day off since the early 2000’s. I am so tired and weary. Actually, I am disgusted. Not having a break in more than 25 years is maddening. Day in and day out, the same thing, constant aggravation, and misery and surrounded by angry people, takes a toll. I feel like I am on the turnpike of no return, and the toll cost is higher than it should be, or I can afford..
