Is She A Bad Mom for Giving Her Ex-Husband Full Custody of the Kids?
A Woman is Going Viral After smiling during divorce and gave him full custody of their kids and it is getting backlash.

A women named Hayilaa Dyolf went viral for smiling at the court proceeding after filing for divorce from her husband and giving him full custody of their kids.
She posted:
"Divorced!❤️“
Felicia, your son didn't Win Custody..I Gave him custody. I leave with what I came with, and I ain't come home with no kids. I'll see them on the weekends."
Commentators were calling her a "deadbeat" even though she gets to see her kids for the weekends. While, others defended her and didn't see the problem. However, this isn't the first time that a woman gives full custody to their children's father. Social Media star and rapper Kayla Nicole aka Nicole TV was in the same position as this woman.
Nicole was married to Luhkye, a social media personality and had two children: Messiah and Kaleesia. When she announced that she was going through a divorce and her children are in their custody.
Her Instagram post:
"Really don’t know how else to announce but I owe y’all the update because my marriage was public. That’s all. Moving on now. Ttyl or not. No it wasn’t the kids. They happily live with their father since our separation."
Nicole addressed in an interview with YouTuber All About Carmen explaining that he has a bigger support system around him to take care of their two small children following their breakup.
“I got a good baby dad. So, I mean, he can’t take care of his kids? He asked me before he left the house and was getting his stuff, he said, ‘Can I take the baby?’ I said, yes. ‘Can I keep my son?’ Y’all want me to tell him no? But it’s not like he has them and I don’t have them. We just share. He all the way in Alabama. I’m in Georgia. What sense would it make for me to have two little children by myself and all our life is back home? I can’t just struggle here by myself with them. What can I do? Just call and cry if I’m having a hard time? But luckily when I do keep them by myself, my kids do not trip on me. They got their routine, they got their bedtime, they listen to me, we have fun, we do our s–t. I just don’t show people all that.
We share [custody]. He just wanted to have them so I could focus and heal"
Another Example, King of Pop Michael Jackson had been a single father raising his kids. Before his passing, Michael married Debbie Rowne in 1996 and the two had two kids: Prince-Michael Jackson in 1996 and Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson in 1998. The two divorced in 2000.

He raisied his kids on his own after their divorce. No one questioned or bashed Rowne for leaving their kids in Michael's custody. After Michael passing, his mother Katherine and TJ Jackson, Michael's nephew took custody of his kids until they are adults. Years after Michael's passing, Paris now has kept in contact with her mother Debbie and has shown support for her since her cancer diagnosis. Prince never got a chance to be meet Debbie. Another pop star, Britney Spears married Kevin Federline and had two sons together until they divorced in 2007.

After their divorce, Federline had primary custody of their sons and Spears paid $20,000 to $40,000 per month in child support and yet people never said anything or called her a deadbeat mother. However, she had 2007 breakdown since her marriage which we all know. You know what is weird, most people prefer mothers having full custody of their children and yet single mothers get judged whether they would never find love or end up penniless or whatever. Most mothers who don't have custody of their children doesn’t mean they don’t see their kids or they are deadbeat moms. Some would deal with joint custody where the father and mother gets 50/50 custody of the kids. However, there are some moms who are under the influence and they have mental issues that they need to work on because if they didn’t mothers can tend to put harm on their childrens lives. Or the grandparents have custody while the parents are turning their lives around or in prison until they are ready to regain custody. Now I am not saying she can't give up on the kids or she's a bad parent. I mean to each its own as long as the kids are well taken cared for and both parents are involved then no problem.
What do you think is she a "bad mom" for giving her children full custody to their father?
